For Agencies · $100/month
Know what you think you actually promised.
Per client. In writing.
Every SOW, every revision, every "sure, we can add that" comment, in one record with a name and a date on it. $100/mo, unlimited users, so account managers can look before they say yes.
One contract and a full AI review, free, no credit card. The free tier is the demo.
§ 1. Recitals (the part where we acknowledge reality)
Whereas, the job looks like this.
a.Scope creep is unbilled labor, and it's most of your margin problem.
Ignition's 2025 survey of 273 agency leaders found 57% lose $1,000 to $5,000 a month to unbilled work, and another 30% lose more than that. Other reporting puts the share of agencies that rarely or never charge for out-of-scope work at 78%, and the leak at 15-27% of project budgets.

b.The SOW that would have protected you is vague, or lost.
PMI's numbers have more than half of projects experiencing scope creep, and estimates for creative and software work run 60-70%. When the dispute comes, the question is what the SOW said. The answer is an attachment on an email from four months ago.

c.Client obligations are chronically underwritten.
Late assets, late approvals and late feedback get absorbed by the agency because the SOW never said who owed what by when. Growth Rocket makes the same point from the agency side: the client's dependencies belong in the document, with dates next to them.

This is not a paperwork problem
World Commerce & Contracting's research puts value lost to poor contracting at roughly 9% of annual revenue on average, with the best performers near 3% and the worst at 15% or more. Their 2025 whitepaper also finds contract data scattered across about 24 systems in a typical organization, and nearly 90% of business users saying contracts are hard or impossible to understand.
§ 2. What version90 does about it
Now, therefore: the same product, pointed at your desk.
01
One record per client
The MSA and every SOW under it, every revision of each, every change attributed to a person and a date. When someone asks what round three included, the answer is in the document, not in someone's memory.
02
Your clauses, ready to insert
Your revision-rounds clause, your change-order trigger, your client-obligations section, extracted from the SOWs that worked and insertable as a tracked change. The AI flags the SOW that's missing one.
03
Comments the client sees, notes they never do
Comments travel with the document to the client. Internal notes stay on your side of the wall. The account manager's "they'll push for a third round, hold at two" cannot be forwarded, because there is nothing to forward.
§ 3. Exhibit A
A statement of work, read by the AI against your clause library. Revision rounds and client dependencies are in. The change-order clause is not, and the account manager has already written down where to hold.

They'll push for a third round. Hold at two.
No change-order clause found NONSTANDARD
Nothing in this SOW says what happens when scope grows. Your clause library has an approved change-order trigger (written approval before out-of-scope work begins).

§ 4. Consideration
One plan. $100/mo.
That's the pricing page.
The incumbents charge tens of thousands a year and make you sit through a demo to find that out. We put our price in a heading. Roughly 95% of the capability at roughly 5% of the price. The missing 5% is mostly the procurement paperwork.

Can clients see the internal notes?
No, and not because of a permission setting. Comments and internal notes are stored separately: comments travel with the document to the client, internal notes never leave your team. An accidental reply-all can't happen, because the note isn't in the document.
We do 20 SOWs a month across clients. Does that fit?
The plan includes a monthly allowance of new contracts, with published top-up rates for busier months, and nothing is charged without asking first. Exact allowances and rates are on the plan details page. Revisions to an existing SOW don't count as new contracts.
Can I keep the client's MSA and our SOWs together?
Yes. A workspace holds several documents, so the MSA and each SOW live under the client together, each with its own version history and tracked changes. Related workspaces can be linked, and the archive groups executed agreements by counterparty.
