The product exists because contract work at small companies still happens in Word attachments and email threads, and enterprise CLM suites answer that with six-figure contracts and implementation projects. version90 keeps the workflow your counterparties already use — they stay in Word and email, no accounts required — and adds what those threads are missing: immutable version history, native .docx tracked changes edited in the browser, built-in e-signature with a sealed evidence trail, and a searchable archive of everything you've executed.

The AI is deliberately constrained. Every finding must cite the exact contract text it came from, every citation is verified against the document before it's shown, and anything unverifiable is suppressed rather than displayed. The AI never edits a document autonomously — humans redline; software tracks, files, and explains. The same rule holds for the API and MCP server: agents can read, search, ingest, and analyze, but no editing endpoint exists.
